Average:

Item was sent with a different colour bow due to the black bow I had ordered being out of stock. The alternative colour sent does not correspond with the colour scheme of the gift I am sending and although the sender did include a note saying I could return the item it would have been better for them to contact me prior to sending to ask what colour bow I would prefer as an alternative. I now do not have time to return and re order. Item is also self assembly, I might have missed this in the description when ordering but overall very disappointed.

Amazing gift box just added a bow for the colour of the wedding but beautiful only suggestion would be more selection of colours for the ribbons other than that amazing
